vārāhaṃ rūpamāsthāya na daivaṃ nāpi mānuṣam11 .
na ca tiryakṣu tajjātaṃ naravārāhamasti vai . . 12 . .
pātāle ca praviśyaiva nāsau12 bhūrnāpi khaṃ hi tat .
na tejo nāpi lokosau sarvato muktameva13 tat .. 13 ..

"Assuming a boar-like form that is neither divine nor human, / nor born among animals—a man-boar indeed; / and entering into Pātāla, which is neither earth nor the sky, / nor fire, nor those worlds, for it is entirely detached [from them]."
