And the wise man who fasts for three nights month after month, / having reached the realm of Kubera, finds supreme happiness. (19) / The self-controlled, pure man who eats on the fourth day / reaches the realm of the Gandharvas and rejoices like Indra in heaven. (20) / He who eats on the fifth day, untired month after month, / reaches the realm of Vāyu and goes to heaven. (21)
