tato visṛṣṭāḥ pramathairārohanta diteḥ sutāḥ .
manvānāḥ pramathā bhītā nivṛttā iti satvaram ..45. .
mandarasya tataḥ pṛṣṭhe nānādrumasamākule .
baddhaskandhāḥ46 sthitā daityā ādityasadṛśaprabhāḥ . .46..

Then, being let through by the Pramathas, the sons of Diti climbed up, / thinking that the Pramathas, terrified, had quickly retreated. / Then on the top of Mandara, thick with various trees, / the Daityas stood, massed together, possessing the radiance of the sun.
