sarve siṃharavām̐ścakruḥ15 saṃprahṛṣṭā yuyutsavaḥ .
nihatā dānavā ye tu pramathairjitakāśibhiḥ . . 23 . .
tānāgatānmṛtyumukhānmenire bhārgavāgamāt16 .
vavandustaṃ17 nananduśca praseduśca18 mahāsurāḥ . .24..

all uttered lion-roars, overjoyed and eager to fight. / Those dānavas who had been struck down by the victorious pramathas / were regarded by them as returned from the mouth of death due to the arrival of the Bhārgava. / The great asuras bowed to him, rejoiced, and were pleased.
