avaplutya29 tatastasmād drutāśvād30 rathasattamāt31.
kārtasvano dhanuṣpāṇirabhidudrāva viṭpatim .. 28. .
balayostu tato nādaḥ sādhusādhviti saṃbabhau .
kārtasvane yoddhu kāme bhūyo viṭpatinā saha .. 29..

Then, leaping down from that excellent chariot with swift horses, / bow in hand, Kārtasvana rushed toward Viṭpati.
Then a roar of "Well done! Well done!" arose from both armies, / as Kārtasvana wished to fight once more with Viṭpati.
