dṛṣṭavā devyapi deveśamupāyātaṃ1 vṛṣadhvajam .
uttasthāvāsanāttūrṇaṃ sakhībhiḥ2 sahitā tadā . .5. .
śirasyañjali3mādhāya padmakuḍmalasannibham .
vavande caraṇau tasya prīyamāṇena cetasā ..6. .
devopi tāṃ samutthāpya tayaiva sahitaḥ prabhuḥ .
niṣasādāsane ratnamayūkhaparipiñjare . .7..

Seeing the Lord of gods, whose banner bears the bull, having approached, / the Goddess too quickly rose from her seat along with her companions.
Placing her folded hands upon her head like a lotus bud, / she bowed to his feet with a delighted heart.
The Lord, too, having raised her up, along with her / sat down on a seat yellowish-red with the rays of jewels.
