sarvasaṃpūrṇagātrastu srotobhirnavabhiryutaḥ .
vyaktībhavati tadgarbho māsairaṣṭabhireva tu .. 8.176.10 . .
saṃprāpte navame māsi sarvadravyasamanvitaḥ .
pañcabhūtātmakaṃ tattu cetovadavatiṣṭhati . . 11 ..

With all limbs fully developed, endowed with the nine apertures, / that embryo becomes clearly formed in eight months indeed. // 8.176.10
When the ninth month has arrived, equipped with all substances, / that [embryo], composed of the five elements, abides endowed with consciousness. // 11
