evastviti taṃ brahmā procya dānavasattama .
divyapadmāsano devastatraivāntaradhīyata . . 13 . .
prahlādopi varaṃ7 labdhvā brahmaṇaḥ paramādbhutam .
paścimasyodadhestīre tasthau cintākulendriyaḥ . .14..

Saying to him, "So be it," O best of Dānavas, / the god seated on the divine lotus vanished right there.
Prahlāda too, having obtained the exceedingly wonderful boon from Brahmā, / stood on the shore of the western ocean, his senses bewildered with care.
