eṣa tvāṃ sahitaṃ śailerneṣyāmi nidhanaṃ samam .
apramattastadā tiṣṭha18 yāvattvāṃ hanmi parvata . .26 . .
daityarājaṃ tataḥ kruddhaṃ dṛṣṭvā parvatasattamaḥ .
karomyevamiti prāha tato daityastutoṣa saḥ19 . . 27..

then I shall bring you, together with the mountains, to total destruction! / Therefore stand vigilant while I strike you, O mountain!" / Then, seeing the king of the Daityas enraged, the best of mountains / said, "I shall do it," and thereupon that Daitya was satisfied.
