tamāśrityā18 sthitā nāḍyo19 nābhyāṃ pādeṣvadhogatāḥ .
śirobaddhāḥ smṛtā bhūyastā eva karamāsthitāḥ20 . .13 ..

Resorting to it, channels stand going downward from the navel to the feet;
they are remembered as tied to the head, and again, those very ones abide in the hand. (13)
