trātu māṃ kaścidetyeha grāheṇa hṛtacetasam .
dhikkaṣṭaṃ bāla evāhamaprāptotha manoratham34 .. 34. .
yāsyāmi nidhanaṃ vaktre grāhasyāsya durātmanaḥ .
śocāmi na svakaṃ dehaṃ grāhagrastopi duḥkhitaḥ ..35..

"Let someone come here and rescue me, whose wits are lost to a crocodile! / Alas, what sorrow! I am only a child, my desires unfulfilled; // 34 // / I shall meet destruction in the maw of this wicked crocodile. / Seized by the crocodile, though suffering, I do not grieve for my own body // 35
