patnī ca śaṃbhoḥ puruṣasya dhāmno33 gītā purāṇaiḥ34 prakṛtiḥ parārthā .
dakṣasya kopād himavadgṛhaṃ sā kāryārthamāgāt parameśapatnī ..25..

and she is the wife of Śambhu, the supreme Puruṣa, sung by the Purāṇas as Prakṛti acting for the sake of another; / because of Dakṣa's anger, she, the wife of the Supreme Lord, had come to the abode of Himavān for a purpose.
