devadānavayuddhasya mahāyajñarūpeṇa varṇanam, devānāṃ dānavānāñca bhīṣaṇaḥ saṃgharṣaḥ, dāruṇaṃ dvandvayuddham, devendrahiraṇyākṣayo- ryuddham, airāvatasya vikramaḥ . hiraṇyākṣakṛtaprahāreṇa saśakrasyairāvatasya yuddhabhūmervidravaṇam .

The depiction of the battle between gods and Dānavas in the form of a great sacrifice, the dreadful clash of gods and Dānavas, fierce single combats, the fight between the lord of the gods and Hiraṇyākṣa, and the valor of Airāvata.
