saritaṃ yobhiśapate yaścaināmavamanyate .
yaśca nagnaḥ praviśati striyaṃ yaścātra gacchati27 . .14. .
niṣṭhīvedatha mūtraṃ vā purīṣaṃ vāpyathotsṛjet .

He who curses a river, or who despises it, / and he who enters [it] naked, and he who approaches a woman there,
or who spits, or passes urine or feces [in it], / and who steals water meant for fields, gardens, and people,
