tato bhavati kākaśca bhāsaścaiva tataḥ param50 .
vāntāśī ca tataḥ pakṣī ulūkaśca tataḥ punaḥ51 ..3 6. .
punarvṛkṣaśca gulmaśca tato bhavati vai mṛgaḥ .
tato gaurmanujaścāpi garbhasthaḥ sa vipadyate52 . .37..

Then he becomes a crow, and after that a vulture; / and then a bird that eats vomit, and then again an owl. / Again a tree and a shrub, and then indeed he becomes a deer; / then a cow, and also a human who perishes while in the womb.
