devabrāhmaṇavidveṣṭā sarvavratabahiṣkṛtaḥ .
sarvadharmavinirmuktaḥ sādhvācāravivarjitaḥ . .42. .
nirnamaskāraduśśīlaḥ kimbhakṣo60 brahmanindakaḥ .
na tīrthadevāyatanaḥ svadhāsvastivivarjitaḥ .

a hater of gods and brahmins, excluded from all observances, / completely devoid of all dharma, bereft of the conduct of the virtuous; / lacking reverence, ill-behaved, eating foul food, censuring brahmins, / not visiting sacred fords or temples of gods, devoid of the svadhā call and blessings;
