tathā gāñcaiva saṃmagnāṃ18 patitāṃ śaktivarjitām .
saṃrakṣati ca yuktātmā sa ca taṃ naiva gacchati . .8. .
maheśaṃ yaśca bhāvena parameṇa samādhinā .
bhaktyā19 samarcayennityaṃ sa ca taṃ20 naiva gacchati . .9..

and likewise, one composed in mind who protects a cow that is stuck in mud, / fallen, or bereft of strength, he does not go there at all; // 8
and he who with supreme meditation constantly worships / the Great Lord with devotion and inner feeling, he does not go there at all. // 9
