liṅgārcanaratastasmāt42 sarvasmāt parimucyate .
dhyānī ta sarvadā yo vai gaṇāñjapati vā śuciḥ . .23 . .

kurvannapi na lipyate .

Therefore, one devoted to worshipping the liṅga is liberated from everything. / One who is meditative at all times, or who, being pure, chants [the names of Śiva's] gaṇas, (23) / and a yogi, even while doing all sins, is not tainted.
