athābhyetya27 nṛsiṃhaṃ taṃ vanapālā ruṣānvitāḥ .
balino vārayāmāsustām̐ścaivābhyahanad28 balī ..32..
Then, approaching that man-lion, the forest-guards, filled with rage—
powerful though they were—sought to restrain him; and the mighty one struck them down. / 32
