7.8.p5

narasiṃhavapuḥ12 kṛtvā sakṛdāhatya haṃsyati .
hiraṇyakaśipuṃ daityaṃ tato nirvṛtimeṣyatha .. 13 . .
evamastviti te sarve praṇipatya pitāmaham .
ājagmuḥ sahitā devā viṣṇorbhavanamādṛtāḥ . .14..

Assuming the form of a man-lion, striking him just once, he will kill
the Daitya Hiraṇyakaśipu; then you will attain peace."
Saying "So be it," all those gods bowed down to the Grandfather,
and, filled with reverence, went together to the abode of Viṣṇu. / 14
