tatrāsīnaṃ mahādevaṃ śaṅkaraṃ lokaśaṅkaram /
stuvantaḥ ke 'pi deveśaṃ kecin nṛtyanti cāgrataḥ //

To Mahādeva, Śaṅkara, the benefactor of the world, seated there,
some offered praise to the Lord of gods, while others danced before him.
