tatra tīrthe naraḥ snātvā saṃtarpya pitṛdevatāḥ /
pūjayec chaṅkaraṃ bhaktyā sa gacchet paramaṃ padam //
Having bathed at that sacred bathing site and satiated the ancestors and gods,
one should worship Śaṅkara with devotion; he will go to the highest state.
