nisargasthena sā deyā svargamātmana icchatā /
asamartho yamas teṣāṃ viṣṇulokaṃ prayānti te //
It should be given by one abiding in his natural state who desires heaven for himself; / Yama is powerless against them; they go to the realm of Viṣṇu.
