prasabhādarciṣām etad anudgīrṇaṃ surāyudham /
vṛtrasya hantuḥ kuliśaṃ kuṇṭhitaśrīva lakṣate //

This weapon of the gods, its flames forcibly un-discharged, / the thunderbolt of the slayer of Vṛtra, appears as if its splendor is blunted.
