ye ca putrā bhaviṣyanti dīrghāyur guṇasaṃyutāḥ /
tatkāryaṃ ca samīkṣe 'haṃ yena tuṣṭaḥ prajāpatiḥ //

And in order that sons who are long-lived and endowed with virtues may be born, / I shall look into that undertaking whereby Prajāpati may be pleased.
