viprā ūcuḥ:
tapasā tu vicitreṇa tava satyena suvrate /
tṛptā vai sarvakāmais tu tapasvinyāś ca darśanāt //
The Brahmins said:
By your wonderful austerity and your truthfulness, O lady of good vows, / we are indeed satisfied in all desires from the sight of the female ascetic.
