bilvena ghṛtamiśreṇa bilvapatreṇa bhūriṇā /
prīyatāṃ hi jagannātho vyādhir naśyatu me sadā //
with bilva mixed with ghee and with abundant bilva leaves, [praying:] / "May the lord of the universe be pleased; may my disease forever perish!"
