mārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
tato gacchet tu rājendra bhāṇḍāraṃ tīrtham uttamam /
dāridryabhedakaraṇaṃ puruṣāṃś caikaviṃśatim //

Mārkaṇḍeya said:
Then one should go, O king of kings, to the excellent Bhāṇḍāra sacred bathing site, / which destroys poverty and [redeems] twenty-one generations of men.
