28.31

āpālitā ca pṛthivī tena dharmeṇa dhīmatā /
nirjitā śāsanād eva saratnākarapattanā //

And the earth was protected according to righteousness by that wise one; / with its jewels, mines, and cities, it was conquered merely by his command.
