rantideva uvāca:
yathā śaptās tu tāḥ kanyās tāsāṃ nāmāni kalpaga /
śrotum icchāmi tattvena keṣu sthāneṣu pūjitā //

Rantideva said: / 'How were those maidens cursed, and what are their names, O knower of the Kalpagā? / I wish to hear truly in which places they are worshipped.'
