79.24

kiṃ mayā 'pakṛtaṃ vipra pippalāda mahāmune /
niṣkrāman gagane caiva pātito dharaṇītale //

“What wrong was done by me, O brahmin, O Pippalāda, O great sage? / Moving through the sky, I have been cast down to the surface of the earth.”
