evam astv iti taṃ coktvā prajagāma yathāgataḥ /
devamārgaṃ śanaiścārī praṇamya ṛṣisattamam //
Having said to him, “So be it,” and having bowed down to the best of sages, / the slow-moving one departed as he had come along the path of the gods.
