86.16

vidyate ca svayaṃ tatra viṣṇuḥ pīṭheṣu saṃsthitaḥ /
śūlena ca kṛtā rekhā tatra toyavahā nṛpa //

Viṣṇu himself is present there, abiding upon seats [of worship];
and a line was made with the trident there bearing water, O king.
