evaṃ vasaṃs tatra rājye mantriṇo vākyam abravīt /
mṛgayā ca gamiṣyāmi yūyaṃ rājye pratiṣṭhitāḥ //

As he lived thus in his kingdom, he spoke a word to his ministers:
"I shall go hunting; remain established in the kingdom."
