svargeṇa tasya kiṃ kāryaṃ gato 'sau kiṃ kariṣyati /
tuṣṭāva tvāṃ trayo devā vṛṇīṣva varam uttamam //
what need does he have of heaven? Having gone there, what will he do? / The three gods are pleased with you; choose an excellent boon,
