naiṣā rakṣayituṃ śakyā rūpayauvanadarpitā /
nopāyo vidyate bhāryye bhānumatyāś ca rakṣaṇe //
She cannot be protected, proud of her beauty and youth; / there is no means, my wife, for the protection of Bhānumatī.'
