gatis tvam ambhojasamānavaktre dvandvair anekair abhisaṃvṛtānām /
nadyas tu pūjyā vimalā bhavanti /
tvāṃ devi cāsādya na saṃśayo 'tra //
you are the refuge, O lotus-faced one, for those beset by many pairs of opposites! / Rivers become pure and worthy of worship / once they reach you, O goddess, there is no doubt about this!
