The arrival of Brahmā there in Puruṣottamakṣetra; then, Brahmā's wonder upon seeing that a crow, having bathed in that pool, was liberated upon obtaining darśana of the Lord; then, realizing the power of the sacred field, the praise of the Lord composed by Brahmadeva on beholding the Lord in astonishment on Nīlādri; the arrival of Yama there; the praise of the Lord composed by Yama; by the command of the Lord, Lakṣmī's speech to Yama; Yama's petition to Lakṣmī to hear the māhātmya of the sacred field.
