tasya śrīliṅgarājasya dhvajāropaṇamuttamam
yaḥ karoti naraḥ śreṣṭhaḥ sa śivatvaṃ ca gacchati
paṭṭavastrairnīlavastraiḥ pītaśuklāmbaraistathā
The excellent man who performs the best hoisting of the flag / for that glorious Liṅgarāja attains the nature of Śiva, / with silk cloths, blue cloths, and yellow and white garments.
