vasiṣṭha uvāca
yajurvedataroḥ śākhāḥ saptaviṃśati reva ca
vaiśampāyananāmāsau vyāsaśiṣyaścakāratāḥ
Beginning from the bottom of the netherworld, the fire from the mouth of Saṃkarṣaṇa,
accompanied by blazing flames hot with poison, burns all beings.
