iti śrīvahnipurāṇe caturāśīti sāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ brahmamarīcisaṃvāde brahmakhaṃḍe nāṃdīmukhavarṇane naṃdavāṇā māhātmye jayacaṃdra saṃvāde caturdaśo'dhyāyaḥ

these five are endowed with intellect for the sake of knowing sound and the rest;
the anus and genitals, hands and feet, and speech as the fifth.
