viṣṇubhaktāya śāntāya viśeṣeṇa pradīyate
gurau ca sati nānyasmai dātavyamiti niścitam
it is especially given to one devoted to Viṣṇu and tranquil; / and when a guru is present, it should not be given to anyone else: this is certain.
