mātṛtaḥ pañcamādarvākpitṛtaḥ saptamattathā
kanyāṃ vivāhayedyastu gurutalpī bhaveddhi saḥ
A man who marries a girl within the fifth on the mother's side / or within the seventh on the father's is indeed a violator of the guru's bed.
