na saṃhatābhyāṃ pāṇibhyāṃ kaṇḍūyedātmanaḥ śiraḥ
na laukikeḥ stavairdevāṃstoṣayedbāhyajairapi
One should not scratch one's own head with both hands joined together; / one should not praise the gods with worldly hymns, nor with external ones.
