sūta uvāca -- śṛṇudhvamṛṣayaḥ sarve svecchālīlāṃ maheśituḥ
mahādevātmakaṃ sarva dṛṣṭametaccarācaram
Sūta said: / Listen, all you sages, to the sport of Maheśvara undertaken of his own will; / this entire world of moving and unmoving beings is seen as having Mahādeva as its self.
