yaḥ śete śeṣaśayane viśvāmāvṛtya māyayā
ātmānubhūtiyogena tasmai viśvātmane namaḥ
He who lies on the serpent-bed of Śeṣa, covering the universe with illusory creative power,
through the yoga of direct self-realization—homage to him who is the Universal Self!
