dṛśyaśca patitairmūḍhairdurjanairapi kutsitaiḥ
bhaktairantarbahiścāpi pūjyaḥ saṃbhāvya eva ca
He is to be seen even by the fallen, the foolish, the wicked, and the vile; / and by devotees, he is to be worshipped and revered within and without.
