tasya prasādaleśena paśoḥ pāśaparikṣayaḥ
tasmātpaśupatiḥ śaṃbhuḥ paśavastvasmadādayaḥ

By a fraction of his grace, the bound soul's fetters are destroyed; / therefore Śaṃbhu is the Lord of Souls, while we and the others are the bound souls.
