38.25

vedavedāṃṅgavettāro yājñikā vaiṣṇavā dvijāḥ
māheśvarā mahāpūjyā na vyakto'haṃ bhayānnṛpa

The knowers of the Vedas and Vedāṅgas, the sacrificers, the Vaiṣṇava twice-born,
and the worshippers of Maheśvara are highly revered; out of fear, O king, I am not open.”
