ṛgvedo'haṃ yajurvedaḥ sāmavedo'hamātmabhūḥ
atharvaṇo'tha mantro'haṃ tathā cāṅgirasāṃ varaḥ
I am the Ṛgveda, the Yajurveda, the Sāmaveda, the Self-born; / I am the Atharvaṇa, the mantra, and the best of the Āṅgirasas.
